T’ai Chi Chih

T’ai Chi Chih was developed by Justin Stone, American T’ai Chi Chih master.  Whereas traditional Tai Chi has 108 movments, T’ai Chi Chih consists of 19 movements and one pose.  The movements are circular, slow and easy to learn, providing a gentle, yet invigorating workout without exercising - and relaxing at the same time.  T’ai Chi Chih requires no special clothing and can be done standing or sitting.  Practicing this ancient Chinese art regularly can improve your balance, strengthen your bones, boost your energy and make your joints more flexible.

Classes can be taught privately or through Waseca Community Education.
